Our Food Journey is built around six spice levels, from gentle, aromatic flavors to the full intensity of chili and Sichuan peppercorn. Choose the level that feels right for you, and discover a carefully balanced selection of dishes designed around spice, flavor, texture, and variety.
Whether you are completely new to Sichuan food or already love bold flavors, there is a level made for you.
